If there is damage through negligence, the participant will be held liable and a damage fee will apply.

Participants may hand graze their horses, but not turn out in the pastures/round pen, arenas, etc. Please clean up any manure while grazing.

  • Any and all messes, manure piles, shedding hair, etc. will need to be cleaned up by clinic participants. We will provide pitch forks, brooms, shovels, etc. and the manure trailer is right next to the barn. Water buckets can be dumped in the wash stall, as long as any hay is removed.

Please drive with caution!!

  • When circling the barn, go in a counter-clock wise direction - to the right - at all times.

  • When you first arrive, you may pull up to the barn to unload and unpack your equipment.

Parking will depend on the number of trailers per clinic:

  • If 5 trailer or less, parking will be behind the indoor arena, along the circular drive, on the grass. Please pull up to the farthest spot available, others will be parking behind you.

  • If  more than 5 trailers, parking will be behind the outdoor arena in the grassy areas.

Stalling:

  • Your horse will have a stall with his/her name on it and first bedding will be supplied.

  • You need to provide your own feed and water buckets.

  • You are responsible for all feeds for your horse, grain and hay.

  • You are responsible for cleaning your horse's stall during the clinic and picking it out before you leave.

  • Buckets/rakes/pitchforks are available and the manure trailer is parked at the corner of the barn.

  • There will be tack stalls to share between participants, please label your things and your hay bales/feed buckets.

Please keep the area around your stall clean. There are two grooming stalls for your use. Please clean up any manure or hair - brooms, buckets and rakes are provided.

You may hand graze your horse on the property, but there is no turn-out in any of the pastures, arenas, or round pen. Your horse must be attended at all times unless it is stalled. No tying to trailers or fences will be allowed. Please clean up after your horse.
